I wish I could rate the product itself, but we never got it! We ordered the dye free because my pregnant wife craves cherry slushies, but the doctor said she can’t have the red dye. Unfortunately, Ralph’s sent us the Red Cherry mix instead! I understand mistakes happen, but the 1 star is because I have emailed and called the company multiple times and can’t get a hold of anyone. We eventually gave up and had a much better experience with their competitor.

I was hoping I could replace the sugar based cola syrup in my slushie machine. I’m diabetic and in my 70’s so stopping sugar consumption is an imperative. Bought 3 gallons of mix, grape,cherry and root beer. All were excellent in flavor and texture. Order shipped fast but delivery was very slow. Chalk that up to Holliday shipping delays and general lower quality of all carriers performance of late. Not Ralphs problem. We were hoping for more of a "Baja Blast" (Taco Bell) flavor, but the Baja Rush syrup was a different, very delicious and refreshing flavor. Some people described it as the green Otter Pop flavor and some people thought of a fruitier lemon-lime, but EVERYONE really liked the flavor.
